Welcome to All Blinds Concepts. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (https://allblinds.com.au/) and any purchase you make with us. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. Definitions

"We", "us", "our" means All Blinds Concepts.
"You", "customer", "user" means the person, business, or entity accessing our website or placing an order with us.
"Products" means any blinds, shutters, curtains, or related goods and accessories offered for sale on our website, including custom-made-to-measure items.
"Site" means our website at https://allblinds.com.au/ and any associated pages or subdomains.
"Order" means a request to purchase Products submitted by you through the Site or by phone.

Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa, and words importing any gender include all other genders.

2. Who Can Order

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Orders may be placed by individuals, businesses, partnerships, or other entities.

3. Products and Custom Manufacturing

All Blinds Concepts manufactures blinds locally in Melbourne, to the measurements and specifications provided by you at the time of order.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate measurements, fabric, colour, and configuration details. We provide measuring guides and support to help you get this right — please contact us before ordering if you're unsure.
Because our products are custom-made, we are unable to resell returned goods where measurements or specifications were incorrectly provided by the customer. See our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy for full details.
Product images, colours, and finishes shown on the Site are as accurate as possible, but actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device display, lighting conditions, and natural material variation (particularly with timber and PVC products). We recommend ordering a fabric/colour sample before placing your order, especially for large or multiple-blind orders, to ensure consistency across a single dye lot.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or specification errors on the Site at any time, including due to typographical errors or manufacturer price changes, without prior notice.
Payment is required in full at the time of order via the payment methods offered at checkout. Your order will not enter production until payment has been verified.
Confirmation of your order will be sent to you by email once payment is processed. Please check this confirmation carefully — it is your responsibility to verify that the order details (measurements, fabric, colour, quantity) are correct. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us promptly so we can assist.
Ownership of the finished product transfers to you once payment has been received in full.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

Please refer to our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy for the current cancellation and amendment window that applies once an order is placed. In general, changes and cancellations become more limited once manufacturing has commenced, as our products are made specifically to your requirements.

6. Delivery

We manufacture in Melbourne and dispatch Australia-wide.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to product type, location, order volume, or circumstances outside our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, carrier delays, or supply shortages).
Please inspect your delivery on arrival and notify us promptly of any damage, following the process set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

7. Warranty

All Blinds Concepts products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, as set out in our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other applicable law that cannot be lawfully excluded. Where our Products fail to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or compensation as set out in that law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, product designs, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to All Blinds Concepts and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

10. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

Post or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive material;
Attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site;
Use the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose; or
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to the Site where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

11. Linking to Our Site

Other websites may link to All Blinds Concepts, provided such links do not misrepresent our relationship with the linking site, do not frame or replicate our content, and do not imply endorsement without our prior written consent. Our name, logo, and branding may not be used without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

All Blinds Concepts provides the Site in good faith and is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site, except as required under the Australian Consumer Law.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or Products, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses, and are not liable for any damage to your device arising from your access to or use of the Site.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

14. Changes to These Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
